Job Description

  • Provide audiological care, therapy, and education to support hearing and communication development
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care
  • Conduct audiological assessments to evaluate listening abilities and speech perception
  • Assess classroom acoustics and recommend environmental modifications
  • Evaluate, manage, and support the use of hearing and assistive listening technologies
  • Develop and communicate evidence-based intervention and treatment plans to stakeholders
  • Present assessment results and progress at Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings
  • Validate, monitor, and troubleshoot hearing devices, including daily hearing checks
  • Collaborate with teachers, facilitators, and caregivers to maximise learning outcomes
  • Train teachers and facilitators on hearing equipment use, troubleshooting, and FM systems
  • Monitor intervention outcomes and modify plans based on child performance and progress data
  • Provide itinerant or secondment audiological services, training, and caregiver education
  • Ensure accurate documentation, ethical practice, compliance with SOPs, and resource management
  • Participate in system improvement initiatives, research, training, and quality improvement projects

Requirements

  • Tietiary qualification in Audiology
  • Registered with Society for Audiology Professionals Singapore (SAPS)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Audiologist
  • Comfortable with early shifts (645am - 415pm)
